Jax Street CRE focuses on retail and light industrial properties in the markets we know best; primarily central and south-central Indiana. These markets allow us to operate our buildings using our vertically integrated strategy. Eric's real estate career technically began upon graduating college in 2015, though, he has been around the business his entire life. Eric has gained insights, market knowledge, and valuable experience over the past eight years in the commercial real estate field, and he strives to continuously learn all facets of the business. Eric graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and continued his educational journey by receiving an MBA through the Kelley School of Business in 2022.

Landon Tally, BSc
Landon graduated from Indiana State University in 2015 with a degree in Computer Engineering Technology. Since then, he has gained experience in web development, IT, and big data while collaborating Dr. Sterling's biology lab. On this team, he manages the technology side of the business, from designing and maintaining the website to overseeing cloud storage and other digital tools. He approaches every project with a mindset of continuous learning and a genuine curiosity for solving problems.
